As a Corporate Affairs Manager Aubriana is responsible for external and internal communication which often requires a mixternal strategy to streamline messaging for the public, associates and key stakeholders.

One of her recent responsibilities was the execution of internal and external communications in support of Smith’s business decision to no longer accept a major credit card in grocery stores. Her communication strategy included: consumer studies, associate and customer communications, customer care response, federal lobbying and media relations. Due to the effective communication strategy the brand maintained a positive reputation, resulting in a desired business resolution.
