She is a previous member of Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Forum which seeks to build networking events for women to engage in opportunities in the workforce and their community. In 2018, Progressive Grocer, a national food association recognized Aubriana as one of the Top Women in Grocery in 2018 for her continued achievements as an influential female in the North American retail food industry.

Aubriana previously led a ‘Lean In Circle’, inspired by Sheryl Sandberg, author of the book Lean In. The Lean In Circle consisted of Aubriana gathering a group of ambitious local women who would meet on a consistent basis to provide support and help each other grow professionally.
